These Terms & Conditions apply to DJ coaching, studio services, and website use offered by Mixed Bass Arts in Portugal. Last updated: 6 August 2026.
Services offered
Mixed Bass Arts offers one-to-one DJ coaching, performance coaching, and studio room rental, subject to availability and the details agreed at booking.
Booking procedure and payments
Bookings are requests until confirmed by Mixed Bass Arts. Payment instructions, any required deposit, and confirmation details will be provided during the booking process. Lesson duration and the booked service are confirmed in writing before the appointment.
Student responsibilities and studio rules
Students must arrive on time, follow reasonable safety and equipment instructions, respect the studio and other visitors, and not use equipment in a way that risks damage or injury. Illegal activity, unsafe conduct, or unauthorised recording may result in a session ending early.

Website content, branding, and original materials remain the property of Mixed Bass Arts or their respective owners. Information on this site is provided in good faith but may change without notice.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of Portugal, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
