Over 2,5 focused hours, you'll learn directly on professional Pioneer DJ equipment and be guided step by step through the essential skills every new DJ needs.

MBA DJ Performance is the next step after MBA DJ Launch, designed for advanced beginners who already understand the basics and want to become more expressive, musical and performance-ready.

This is personalised coaching. Rather than following a one-size-fits-all lesson, we work with your current level, your music and your individual goals.

Born and raised in Mannheim, Germany, and based in Lisbon since 2019, PINTI is an active DJ and electronic music artist with years of experience performing across a wide spectrum of electronic music. His journey has taken him through House, Tech House, Minimal, Techno, Hard Groove, Hard House, Hard Techno, Hard Dance, Trance, Schranz, Psy Trance and beyond.

His experience across different styles has shaped a versatile approach to DJing, with a strong focus on musical selection, mixing technique, energy and reading the dancefloor. As an active artist, PINTI brings real-world club experience to the MBA - DJ Academy, helping each student develop their own sound, confidence and identity behind the decks.

No. Our DJ coaching is suitable for complete beginners. We’ll guide you through everything from understanding the equipment and music structure to performing your first transitions in a relaxed one-to-one environment.

You’ll train on professional Pioneer DJ club-standard equipment, including:

The setup is designed to give you practical experience with a professional club-style workflow.

DJ coaching sessions are two hours long. This gives you enough time to combine theory, practical exercises and hands-on booth practice without rushing the session.

Absolutely. Mixed Bass Arts provides personalised one-to-one coaching rather than a fixed group curriculum. Tell us what you want to achieve and your coach will adapt the session around your experience, strengths and goals.

Absolutely. We teach professional DJ skills that can be applied across electronic music and beyond. Our focus is on developing the technical and musical skills that allow you to DJ the music you love.

Your coaching is provided by an active club DJ mentor with real-world performance experience. The focus is not only on technical DJ skills, but also on developing musical understanding, confidence and the ability to perform in a real club environment.

Just yourself and your music. If you already have music you would like to practise with, you can bring it on a USB drive. If you are just starting out or don't have music prepared yet, we can guide you through the process.

Currently, Mixed Bass Arts focuses on practical DJ education and real-world performance skills rather than certificates. Our goal is to help you become more confident and capable behind the decks.

DJ Academy sessions take place at CLIMA Lab Studio in Lisbon, Portugal. Students train in a professional studio environment using club-standard Pioneer DJ equipment.
