Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to confirmed Mixed Bass Arts coaching sessions and studio rental bookings. Last updated: 6 August 2026.

Booking changes

Students may reschedule a lesson free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson may not be eligible for a refund.

Failure to attend without prior notice will be treated as a late cancellation.

If Mixed Bass Arts must cancel or reschedule a lesson, students may choose a new appointment or a full refund if payment has already been made.

Booked studio time begins and ends at the agreed booking time. Late arrival does not extend the booking period.

Mixed Bass Arts reserves the right to make reasonable exceptions at its discretion, taking account of the circumstances and applicable consumer law.
